1. be sure you have enough testcoins to etch the photo for your profile.
2. select the bitcoin testnet wallet.
3. Select an account with testcoins
4. Click Settings \ Profiles
5. Click the + button enter a label for the profile hit enter
6. enter a shortname and any other data you would like to share.
7. Click on the Tip address +  Enter a label for you tip address hit enter
8. Click on the Save button.  Sit back and WAIT as your profile is created.
9. To use just select it from the Profile drop down box on the main screen before etching
